Please fill out forms completely and return to Archdeacon Altenbach at jaltenbach@cfdiocese.org.
This form should be completed and submitted with the Letter of Support and other necessary documents. Once all documents are received, your discernment process will officially begin and you will receive further instructions.
A Letter of Support, nominating a person for the discernment process, and signed by the Rector, Vicar, Priest-in-Charge, or Senior Warden and members of the Vestry, must accompany the Nomination and Application Form submitted by an aspirant.
